Winter Solstice Celebration: Dancing in Your Radiance & Light
Friday, December 21 • 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary

Acknowledge the darkest day of the year, and celebrate the natural, joyous return of the light. Join Jennie Landfield and an ensemble of guest artists and experience a radiant musical journey into the ancient mysteries of the winter solstice. Bathe in a sacred symphony of 33 crystal singing bowls, gentle and expansive gongs, flutes, guitar, cello, ancient chimes, piano, beautiful vocals and a gorgeous Kirtan. Recognize and remember the blissful light of awareness and pure space always available to you. The ceremony will be followed by a light feast (please bring a contribution), optional expressive painting, poetry and spoken word, and gentle, ecstatic dancing. Express the light and joy that is YOU! $20 suggested love offering.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Services
Monday, December 24 • 5:30 & 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary

Join us for either or both of our beautiful candlelight services this Christmas Eve. The 5:30 service is geared toward families and children, and includes the children’s choir. Both services feature Christmas carols and other sacred music, the Christmas story creatively and metaphysically told to herald the rebirth of the Christ within us, and our tradition of culminating the service with the entire congregation singing Silent Night while holding individual candles with a special affirmation to take home.

Come early for the 7:30 service or stay after the earlier service to connect with your community over delicious snacks provided by our Youth and Family Ministry team.

New Year’s Eve Burning Bowl Ceremony
Monday, December 31 • 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary

It’s time to let go of all those concerns from the past year. Release them, burn them up, and prepare to create what you want for the New Year. Intend the new, write it down, and it will be sent to you in late 2019 to remind you of the new creation you have called forth.
