Engage in a six-week experiential journey of mindfulness exercises to free yourself from depression and other emotional distress. The exercises, discussions and support group in this course may be particularly helpful if the holidays are challenging for you.
Much of the material will draw from the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, who pioneered the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapies are evidenced-based, successful treatments for depression, stress, relapse prevention, and other difficult emotional states.
Brenlee is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and trained facilitator in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Depression and Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention with the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness.

THE FEE IS $70.00 FOR THE 6-WEEK SESSION AND MANUAL.
