Mindfulness Meditation & Mandala Coloring

Tra BoxerLearn the ancient technique of meditation while coloring your own beautiful mandala – a sacred geometrical shape used in many traditions as a tool to raise one's levels of consciousness and awareness. Enjoy this class as a time to relax, reduce stress, and uplift your spirit. You’ll have an opportunity to share at the end of each class, if you choose. Coloring pages and pencils will be provided.
 
Tra Holloway Boxer is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified life coach who specializes as an advocate for happiness, self care and family wellness.  She has training and/or experience in the Feldenkrais Method, Traditional Chinese Medicine (herbal and touch), Tai Chi, Touch for Health, and Energy Psychology.
 
Drop-ins are welcome; registration is not required. Classes are offered on a free-will donation basis (suggested donation $10 to $20). Classes are open to everyone; you do not need to be a member or attend Sunday services to attend the classes. If you have an access need, please let the office or teacher know.
