Tuesdays, 2:30 to 3:30 pm
This weekly class in Sheng Zhen qigong, the qigong of unconditional love, covers simple but profound movement and meditation practices that help to stimulate one’s self-healing abilities, balance the emotions, and open one’s heart to the experience and power of unconditional love. The Tuesday afternoon class covers practices done either standing up and/or sitting down, depending on the class. 
 
Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:30 am
This weekly class in Sheng Zhen Qigong, the qigong of unconditional love, covers simple but profound movement and meditation practices that help to stimulate one’s self-healing abilities, balance the emotions, and open one’s heart to the experience and power of unconditional love. The Thursday morning class focuses on practices done sitting in a chair, so is suitable for most everyone.

Drop-ins are welcome; registration is not required. Classes are offered on a free-will donation basis (suggested donation $10 to $20). Classes are open to everyone; you do not need to be a member or attend Sunday services to attend the classes. If you have an access need, please let the office or teacher know.
