Allison TuckerExperience a practice that helps quiet the mind, balance the emotions, relax the body, and open the heart to the experience and power of unconditional love. Sheng zhen means sacred truth, or unconditional love.

The workshop will begin with several movements to help open the body to the experience of qi (pronounced chee – meaning life force energy). These movements are typically done standing, but you may do them sitting in a chair if you prefer.

The main focus will be a simple but profound Sheng Zhen practice called Awakening the Soul. It consists of eight movements/positions practiced while seated; each one has an associated contemplation that reflects and enhances what is happening energetically.  The practice has the power to gradually open the heart and awaken the soul. When the soul is awakened, one’s life becomes inspired and full of wonder.

Alison Tucker fell in love with Sheng Zhen qigong from the moment she tried it. She has studied extensively with the head Sheng Zhen teacher, Li Junfeng, and is a certified Sheng Zhen teacher.
